Rich shares the initial Gospel with the procession of the Mass on Palm Sunday. It starts with the triumphant entrance of Jesus in Jerusalem. The people are waving palms and laying down their cloaks for him to enter the gates of the city singing Hosanna, blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord. The people are all with Him from that moment but by Friday no one is there for him. It tells us about how we need to prepare our hearts and how to feel.
