El obispo Robert Barron es uno de los grandes evangelizadores de nuestro tiempo. \u00c9l aplaude el poderoso alcance que tienen las redes sociales en nuestra cultura, pero tambi\u00e9n es testigo de los peligros que presentan para aquellos de nosotros que no estamos atentos. \u00c9l tiene excelentes consejos sobre c\u00f3mo podemos diferenciar lo bueno de lo malo en internet.<\/p>

El obispo Barron cita el cap\u00edtulo 5 de G\u00e1latas, donde san Pablo ense\u00f1a acerca de los frutos del Esp\u00edritu Santo en contraste con las obras de la carne. As\u00ed como podemos distinguir a las personas buenas de las malas por sus frutos, se pueden aplicar las mismas estrategias para reconocer los ciberespacios positivos y negativos creados y administrados por personas. Los frutos positivos son el amor, la alegr\u00eda, la paz, la paciencia, la amabilidad, la generosidad, la fidelidad, la mansedumbre y el dominio propio. Si entras a un sitio y ves esas cualidades manifestadas, hay una gran probabilidad de que el Esp\u00edritu Santo est\u00e9 actuando all\u00ed.<\/p>

En contraste, las obras de la carne son inmoralidad, impureza, libertinaje, idolatr\u00eda, hechicer\u00eda, odios, rivalidades, celos, ataques de furia, actos de ego\u00edsmo, disensiones, facciones, ocasiones de envidia, borracheras, org\u00edas y cosas por el estilo. Esas son las marcas del esp\u00edritu oscuro; si los sitios web exhiben esas caracter\u00edsticas, es indicativo de esp\u00edritus m\u00e1s oscuros en acci\u00f3n. El obispo Barron tambi\u00e9n ense\u00f1a que el diablo tiene dos nombres en el Nuevo Testamento: \u201cEl Dispersor\u201d y \u201cEl Acusador\u201d. Si miramos un sitio web con muchas divisiones y acusaciones, sabemos qu\u00e9 esp\u00edritu est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s de \u00e9l.<\/p>

La ense\u00f1anza de Jes\u00fas sobre esto est\u00e1 registrada en Lucas: \u2019Un \u00e1rbol bueno no da frutos malos, ni un \u00e1rbol malo da frutos buenos... El hombre bueno, del buen tesoro de su coraz\u00f3n saca lo bueno, y el hombre malo, de su mal tesoro saca lo malo\u201c. Como disc\u00edpulos, debemos aprovechar cada oportunidad para consumir y dar \u00fanicamente frutos buenos.<\/p>
