Be not afraid. and Peace be with you are two of the most prominent messages of the New Testament. God understands the challenges we face and wants us to accept His hope and peace. Join us for an engaging presentation led by two Catholic mental health professionals from Siena Counseling LLC. You will learn strategies to dispel fear and anxiety in order to heal and flourish. Whether you are a young adult with a demanding career, or a parent or senior with family or life worries, this event is for you. Light refreshments will be provided. Babysitting is available for $5/child with prior registration.
