Fr. Jose Felix Ortega

Born in Spain, Fr. Jose Ortega completed his seminary in Spain and Italy. During his ministry, he worked in Mexico and Brazil. He was ordained in 2001. For 12 years in New York, he was a weekend associate in parishes in Westchester County. He was the pastor at St. Peter’s – St. Dennis in Yonkers. In 2020, he was incardinated in the Archdiocese of New York and is currently the pastor of Our Lady of Mt Carmel in the Bronx.
